Michigan is an extremely under appreciated state. It's not the first place you think of when you think about a vacation, but it has so much to offer. Usually when you hear of Michigan people only think of the sports teams there the Lions and Tigers. As they are great reasons to think of Michigan they just skim the surface on the great things that Michigan has to offer. There is obviously the Great Lakes to see there, but it was a surprise to see the other fun and exciting things they had to do. It is really an ideal place for a vacation. They have a huge variety of getaways that range from Beautiful small towns, Giant cities, to the most amazing outdoor places you have ever set eyes on.

The beautiful State of Michigan is located in the northern center part of the United States. It is very convenient even for a weekend getaway. It offers many fun water activities to keep you cool during the balmy summer months. Or pick up your golf clubs and relax on one of the many great courses. While in the winter you might want to rent and Cozy Cabin in the woods, and make you feel like you have no cares in the world.
